They sent my boots with FedEx economy ground because it's free shipping after $80. Delivery date was the 27th of November. I contacted Sierra and they were very rude and told me I would just have to allow shipping more time. FedEx tracking has said my package is in same city I live in since The 27th November and still is not being delivered. Sierra refused to contact shipper because tracking said it's still on its way. I called FedEx and they have no idea where it is?

I've been a customer for a while, and other than a few defective items sent, overall, when they have some good deals, it is not bad. However, recently it seems everyone only looking for a sale, and when one has an issue, you have to be an Attorney to resolve a simple return. If you screwed up an order, why the customer has to pay to fix it. Regardless of the amount paid ($2.95), it is simply the principle.
I ordered basketball shoes 2 weeks in advance in order to have them delivered before a basketball tournament. 11 days later and still had not received my order, I received no communication of any form that my order was being worked on, shipped, etc. Today, a couple days before the tournament, I called Customer Service about my order status and this person tells me that the order had been CANCELLED 2 days after I submitted my order. They claimed they sent me an email couple days later so I'm checking my inbox, my spam folder and my trash folder of that time frame. Nope! Did not receive anything of that sort. I told the person I've never ordered from this site before and I'll probably never will going forward but thank you, I do appreciate you helping me. The person didn't say a thing and just hung up on me. WOW! Such amazing customer service that deserves less than one star. Needless to say, disappointed is what I am with this Sierra experience and I'll go spend my money elsewhere.

Ordered online a few things which I decided weren't going to work for me tried to return them to the Tjmaxx store and was told they don't accept returns from Sierra and would need to return them to the store which is 2 hours away from me will never ever order anything from this website again, very disappointed.
Tried to finalized an order but got a technical problem message instead. Used the customer service form asking why. No reply. Sent another email -no reply. Received a survey on how my contact was with customer service. What a joke. I had nothing nice to say. No reply.
